January 2018

1/27 — Vision Boards for Young Adults

Celebrate "you" by designing a one-of-a-kind vision board encompassing your goals, wants, wishes, and motivators! This program will be run by Lucinda Testo, LPC, life coach, and owner of Unlimited You Llc. Light snacks and a fun atmosphere provided by Foodology!

March 2018

3/11 Family Food Fight — CUPCAKE WARS!

Does your family love to cook together? Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, join us for Foodology's fist ever family cupcake throw down! Using their own recipes, teams will have to create and frost 12 cupcakes during the allotted time. Each team will submit the ingredients needed to create their masterpieces to Foodology no later than 3/5. Once we receive your team's online registration, you will be contacted with the rules and details for the competition. Guest chefs will be judging. Prizes will be awarded!

Sunday, March 11, 2018 • 12:00-2:00 pm, $150 per team (2-4 participants per team)

Ages 6-106 — At least one member of the team must be 18 or over

3/17 St. Patrick's Day Pot of Gold Cupcakes

In this hands on class, participants will make cupcakes and turn them into treasure at the end of the rainbow.

3/31 Adult & Me Edible Easter Baskets & Chocolates

The best combination of arts & crafts and candy making! This is a hands on class with adult participation.

10 Weekly Classes. Classes start the week of 1/15/2018.

Cooking & Baking: $250 per student
In this hands on class, students will learn how to make both sweet and savory dishes. An emphasis will be made on technique, measurement, equipment, following a recipe, and recipe creation. They will have an opportunity to eat what they make in class. This class is great for all levels of ability!

*Restaurant II: $375 per student
Each week students will rotate through being Head chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, and restaurant host/servers. Students will prepare an entire Menu and then serve parents/siblings during the last 1/2 hr of class. 12 student class limit. No over enrollment. Register early! *Students must have taken at least 2 sessions of Cooking classes.

Good Morning Sunshine — Breakfast Food: $250 per child
Students will learn how to make and enjoy delicious and creative breakfast foods.

Breakfast for Dinner: $250 per student
Each week students will learn tasty breakfast and brunch recipes they will enjoy as a sit down dinner.

The Main Event: $350 per student
In this hands on class, students will focus on main dishes only. Delicious ways to prepare meats, pastas, and fish will be covered throughout the 10 weeks. They will get to eat their creations each week. Class size will be limited.
