Cancellation Policy

General information:

Visit our Facebook page, Foodology Cooking School and Bakery Cafe, for information regarding class cancellations due to weather. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, make up classes will be offered.

Under Enrollment:

Classes my be cancelled due to under enrollment. If a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, individuals can chose to move into a different class if there is availability (price adjustments may apply) or can have their money refunded.

Adult Classes & Kids Workshops:

Class/workshop seats are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your class/workshop, you can have someone go in your place or you can contact us to see if we have a waiting list. If someone on the waiting list is able to take your seat, we will credit you up to the amount of your class/workshop towards another class to be used within one calendar year.

Kids 10 Week Session Classes:

Class seats are non-refundable. However, the student may move into a different class during the same session if there is availability. If a class is missed, the student is welcome to make up the class by attending another age/skill appropriate class during the current session. Speak with the instructor to be advised of a suitable make up class.

Private Events:

If you cancel a private event 4 weeks or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your event 2 week or more prior to the event, you will receive a refund of half of your deposit. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to your event and your deposit is non-refundable. When a refund is granted, monies will be refunded within 30 days of the request.
