6/17-6/21 French Desserts
In this week long, hands on class, students will learn how to make classic French desserts including but not limited to cream puffs (pate Choux), macarons, crème brûlée, financiers and Madelines. Recipes included. All ability levels welcome. Seats are limited.

In this hands on class, students will learn knife skills, sauce basics, searing, poaching and a lot more, all while creating delicious dishes to eat, enjoy and maybe even share 😉. Recipes included. All ability levels welcome. Seats are limited.

7/8-7/12 Artistic Decorating For Cakes & Cookies
Chef Blair Giniatti of Endless Sweet Bakery will be teaching cookie and cake decorating with both frosting and fondant applications as well as giving tips and tricks of the trade on how to create beautiful, edible masterpieces. This class is hands on with chef demonstrations. Recipes included. All ability levels welcome. Seats are limited.

7/15-7/19 Food Challenge
READY SET BAKE! Students will participate in different team cooking and baking challenges over the 5 days. Each student's wins will be added up over the session and a prize will be awarded to the student with the most victories. This is a friendly competition class. This class is perfect for all levels!
