Call up your sushi loving friends and join Chef Nelson for this hands on, locally sourced, cooking class where each twosome will make kani salad: A refreshing salad with kani crab meat, sweet mangos, cucumbers and red peppers with a semi spicy dressing served over a romaine boat. Crispy vegetable tempura roll: crispy carrots and sweet potatoes in a crispy tempura batter rolled with avocado and herbed sauce, coconut shrimp roll and spicy tuna roll (each roll makes 8-10 pieces).
