Foodology and it's guests will be subject to adherence of any precautionary measures instituted by either the federal or state governments in regards to COVID-19. We will not allow anyone to participate in classes or events if they are unwilling to comply with the guidelines. Refusal to comply with guidelines will void any credit or class exchange opportunities, if applicable. Masks are optional. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please Note:

If a state or federal shut down occurs due to COVID-19, another pandemic, natural disaster or any other reason that forces us to close, Foodology will give a CREDIT for the full amount if the session hasn't started, or a pro rated credit for the remainder of the class(es). Credits must be used within 2 years. Refunds will not be given. Please understand that we will give you as much notice as we can, but we appreciate your understanding as last minute cancelations could happen.

6/1 Family Food Fight ~ Cupcake Wars!

Ages 5+ At least one member of the team must be 18 or over.

Does your family love to cook together? Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, join us for Foodology's CUPCAKE THROW DOWN! Using the Foodology kitchen pantry items and selection of available recipes, teams will have to create and frost 12 cupcakes before time runs out! Teams will be judged on Creativity, Presentation & Taste. A $50 Foodology gift card and bragging rights are at stake! Does your team have what it takes to impress the judges? Dance Instructors Candi & Bob Muro

Salsa is a lively, energetic partner dance that originated in Cuba. In this class, you will learn sizzling salsa moves that will give you and your partner a night to remember! No experience necessary. Even those with two left feet will enjoy a fun night of turning and dipping your partner! But before we turn up the heat on the dance floor, Chef Christina will walk each twosome through how to make their own fresh and spicy salsa and guacamole to be snacked on during their lesson.

A little about Candi & Bob...

Candi has been dancing salsa since 1992 and teaching it since 1998. She met Bob Muro salsa dancing and they have danced, performed and taught salsa together since 2006. Performances have included background dancing for the famous salsa group El Gran Combo, opening for The Latin Kings of Comedy at the Bushnell, many events at the Aqua Turf Club and they are featured in the movie, La Epoca, directed by Josue Joseph

There is a word for DU❤️PLING in almost every language. People from all around the world love these delicious little giftwrapped packages. Wikipedia, in their list of Dumplings of the world, notes about 160 varieties and there are many more traditional ones with new variations continually being created.

First Stop…Eastern Europe; Pierogi & Varenyky

In this class, we will prepare and enjoy these two iconic dumplings from Poland and Ukraine with several different traditional style fillings. Classical shapes and folding techniques will be taught. The Pizza D'Apple truck will be in the parking lot ready for you to bake up your pie in their seasoned brick oven. A $50 Foodology gift card will be given to the winning team! Since it's my birthday weekend, I'm going to make "copycat" versions of all my favorite dining out foods! Our friends at Sassy Mama Sweets will be creating an edible masterpiece that contestants will have to copy. The team who's culinary submission is closest the to original will take home the "Nailed it" title as well as a $50 gift card to Foodology! All cakes (pre-baked), supplies and tools will be provided. This is intended to be a friendly competition.

12/5 Holiday Chopped

Are you and your friends always up for a little friendly competition? Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, put on your ugly sweater and join us at Foodology for a Holiday themed "Chopped" challenge! Just like the show, each team will be given a box of mystery ingredients and will have to use those ingredients in their culinary creations. A pantry of additional food items and spices will be available for the teams to use in their recipes. Each team will race against the clock to present their masterpieces to our judges before the time runs out! Teams will participate in both an appetizer and dessert round. An optional holiday drink round (alcoholic or virgin) will also be included for this years competition. *Teams that want to participate in the drink round will have to bring their own ingredients (we will provide ice and glasses). The drink round will have its own prizes and scores will not be added to the total. This is intended to be a friendly competition. A $50 Foodology Gift card will be awarded to the winning team. Grab your friends, favorite beverage and join guest pastry chef Blair Gianatti, owner of Endless Sweets Bakery, as she teaches this hands-on and interactive class on holiday-inspired decorated cookies! This class is specifically designed to teach and improve your royal icing skills all while learning the art of decorated sugar cookies. This class is suitable for any skill level, especially beginners. Recipes included. Due to time restrictions, cookies will be baked ahead of time. BYOB!

Join me as I share how to make my family's Christmas Eve dinner!

Start a new Christmas Eve tradition with this luxurious, family style, celebration dinner. Menu to include: beef Wellington with mushroom pate, pear, Gorgonzola & walnut salad with mixed greens & maple vinaigrette, whipped brown butter potatoes and pumpkin latte tiramisu. This class is hands on with some demonstration. All recipes will be provided. Seats are limited. BYOB! We suggest some winter sangria.

Make memories and start new traditions! Have fun customizing cookie dough with our fun "mix-ins" to create your special, one of a kind cookies for Santa! Write a letter to Santa & make a treat for his reindeers too! While you're baking, enjoy some hot chocolate! Each child gets their own dough. Fun for all ages!
