Cancellation by a Participant(s) Registered for a Class/Event:
Class/event seats are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT CHANGEABLE TO A DIFFERENT DATE OR CLASS/EVENT
If you are unable to attend your class/event because you have tested positive for Covid 19, are quarantining, are otherwise sick, had a change of plans, are concerned about the weather, forgot, are stuck in another state, can't find your favorite apron, are having a bad hair day, partied too hard the night before or for ANY OTHER REASON you can...
- Have someone go in your place. Please let us know so we can update our registration.
- Contact us to see if we have a wait list. If someone on the wait list is able to take your seat(s), we will credit you up to the amount of your class/event towards another class/event to be used within one calendar year from the date of your original class/event. However, it is not our responsibility to fill your vacated seat(s)!
- If all else fails and you cannot find a replacement, and there was not anyone on the waitlist to take your seat(s), in some instances some or all of the food (cooked or uncooked depending) along with the recipes from the class, can be picked up at Foodology. Contact Foodology to see if this is an option and to arrange pick up. *We must know you will not be attending prior to the start of class. This option is not available for no shows!
Attending a class at Foodology is like attending a concert, Broadway play or professional sporting event. If you buy tickets and you can no longer attend, the venue is not going to refund or credit you, or let you change to a different performance, event or game.
