Foodology Classes and COVID-19: (please read!)

Foodology and it's guests will be subject to adherence of any precautionary measures instituted by either the federal or state governments in regards to COVID-19. We will not allow anyone to participate in classes or events if they are unwilling to comply with the guidelines. Refusal to comply with guidelines will void any credit or class exchange opportunities, if applicable. Masks are optional. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please Note:

If a state or federal shut down occurs due to COVID-19, another pandemic, natural disaster or any other reason that forces us to close, Foodology will give a CREDIT for the full amount if the session hasn't started, or a pro rated credit for the remainder of the class(es). Credits must be used within 2 years. Refunds will not be given. Please understand that we will give you as much notice as we can, but we appreciate your understanding as last minute cancelations could happen.

Is your family ready to battle it out in the kitchen for prizes and bragging rights? Family Chopped is comprised of 1 round (main course). Teams will have 50 minutes to create culinary masterpieces using the secret box ingredients provided by Foodology along with items from our pantry. Each team will then have to plate their dish and present it to the judges.

*This is intended to be a friendly competition for adults with children between the ages of 8-18.

5/1 Crazy Quesadillas

Use our edible markers to create fun pictures on flour tortillas and then stuff them with cheese! Participants can eat their creations or wrap to take home.

4/17 Create Your Own Stromboli (stuffed bread)

Stromboli is a great option for an easy dinner, game day appetizer, hand held lunch on the go, or savory late night snack. In this class students will learn how to make Stromboli dough and then will use the dough to make their customized stuffed bread. Foodology will have an array of different fillings to choose from. Participants can bake and eat them on site or can wrap them to bake off and eat at home. This is a full hands on class. All recipes will be provided. Seats are limited.

Foodology wanted to offer a cost friendly class to help people navigate how to feed themselves and/or their families a delicious meal on a budget. Foodology will be offering "Blue Plate Special" classes one Tuesday a month. Join us this March as we take it back to my childhood with a gourmet version of the classic sloppy Joe and my favorite gooey and chewy chocolate chip cookies! Will we be serving it on a blue plate?
